I agree! Photoshop is often the right tool, yet there are more out there that's rarely used, like the Dreamweaver. Hmm. Some people say that they need inspiration from different websites in order to finish some of their projects. I think it's right. Getting ideas from inspirations isn't bad 'cause it's totally not copying! Those inspirations just help people generate ideas about the project they're workin' on!
